Volunteer Camping
There is very limited volunteer camping at the festival site for out of area volunteers only. This very limited area is for working volunteers only, not friends and family of volunteers. It is located behind the vendors towards the trees area on site.
This separate, very small volunteer camping area on-site will be open Friday August 15th as of 3pm, on a first-come/ first-served basis. You will not be charged a camping fee in this area. You must have your volunteer wristband on before checking in to camping, please arrange this with your team leader in advance. If you plan to camp with others who are not volunteering, you must do so in the paid camping area for the $45 fee and your group must arrive together to camp together.
Volunteers from the local area are requested to pitch tents or park vehicles with friends and other volunteers who are residents of the Village of Cumberland. Communicate with your team leader or fellow volunteers if you are looking for options. Many of our volunteers live right in the Village of Cumberland.
Volunteers are requested to help organizers with the limited camping by seeking off-site options. Thanks in advance for your support.
Vendor Camping
Vendors will be able to pull a small van or tent up behind their vendor booth on site to provide security for your booth at night. This camping is free. A maximum of 2 individuals may camp at each vendor site. A 15 foot ring behind the vendor line will be held for vendor camping. If you wish to camp with friends and others you must be in the general camping area and fees will apply.
