The Cumberland Village Works is proud to present The Big Time Out 2009 in Cumberland Village Park.
This summer’s event will be a one day extravaganza on August 15th jammed with end-to-end music from noon ‘till midnight.
This year’s headliner is Montreal rocker Sam Roberts. Sam just won Juno awards for Artist of the Year and Rock Album of the Year. He’s gearing up to rock the socks off all the people, young and old.
The irresistible Celtic-Punjabi beats of Delhi 2 Dublin are back, along with acoustic soul singer Mihirangi, the hot horns of the March Fourth Marching Band, plus Sex with Strangers and LAL.
Just announced: Mother Mother
Oh yeah. The perfectly twisted and harmonically perfect sound of Mother Mother is coming back to Cumberland.
All your TBTO favourites will be in effect: dancers, acrobatics and circus performers, the Chai tent and, of course, the Union Saloon. It’s going to be another stellar event, with great music, creative collaborations and unique surprises that have been the signature of Cumberland Village Works shows since 2005.
